General Information

This package calculates and tracks all payments due to approved landlords.

 

Properties and client information is in the same format as the LGov Rents system so that both systems can be easily operated by staff without too much additional training.

 

Payments due to landlords are based on each individual clients care needs and the system automatically produces a remittance advice for each payment due.

 

Payments are calculated in advance and then adjustments made to allow for actual occupancy and actual client care bandings / rates in previous periods. These adjustments can be calculated automatically.

 

The system will also calculate retention payments (where the landlord holds empty rooms for your use) for specific properties if required.
